The transcription management software allows you to view and access a seamless online system to upload voice files, have them downloaded and transcribed and then uploaded for approval by the designated doctor. Patient information is available via a secure login from any internet-connected device.

The ScribeConnect template feature allows transcriptionists to select a document template to expedite the transcription process, increase accuracy, and reduce costs. Templates are customized for individual doctors and can be built from existing paper forms, or created specifically for the transcriptions.

TCG’s software is flexible and can be modified to suit your needs. Custom Integration options allow ScribeConnect transcriptions to be merged into existing EMR or document management systems. Transcriptions are also downloadable in PDF or Word (DOC) formats.

No Software to Purchase

The ScribeConnect software is a hosted solution, meaning there is no software to purchase, and it is accessible via any internet-connected device. The software is also task based allowing you to see what is still remaining for you to complete and awaiting your approval.


The hosted ScribeConnect service uses secure file transfers over an existing internet connection to upload files to the service. There are no courier fees or special access requirements, there is no software to buy.
